Elizabeth Genova was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2011. She received a B.A. in International Studies and a B.A. in German from Saint Joseph College, where she graduated as valedictorian in 2008. She then attended Valparaiso University School of Law receiving her Juris Doctor degree and graduating magna cum laude. Her experiences in the legal field include working at that Valparaiso University Wrongful Convictions Clinic (2010-2011), participation in the William E. McGee Civil Rights Moot Court Competition (2010), and a semester spent as a federal judicial extern at the Hammond Federal Courthouse.

Jay Govert is a retired Hammond Indiana Police Detective Sergeant. Jay was assigned to the criminal investigation division of the department, and was responsible for investigating homicides as well as other crimes. He is trained and experienced in auto accident investigation. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Calumet College of Saint Joseph. He also honorably served in the United States Army. For the last 15 years Jay has worked as an Accident and Injury Investigator.

Dawn brings a wealth of legal and professional experience to the office. She has over 17 years experience as a legal secretary and paralegal in the field of accident and injury law. She also is experienced in computer networking and information technology, having previously worked for a well regarded local technology firm. In 1991 Kristen obtained her paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University. After enjoying a couple of years away from the law, teaching at a local private school, Kristen felt a strong desire to return to the legal field, and joined our team in the fall of 2010.
