In 1982, when I started practicing law, I had 3 philosophies when it came to helping my clients; be attentive to their needs, be accessible to their time and be aggressive to the case.

Being attentive means we listen carefully, we want to know more about you, we want to know exactly what happened that led to your injury and we want to know what types of medical care you’ve received.
Being accessible means being willing to put aside our personal office hours and accommodate our clients when their schedule permits. In the hospital or homebound due to an injury? No worries, we can come to you.
Being aggressive means we will fight for you in and out of the courtroom. We have never represented an insurance company’s interest and never will. We fight against them to get you the best results possible.

Honestly, isn’t that what all law firms should offer? But sadly, they don’t. Sure you might find some are attentive and others are accessible and maybe a few others are even aggressive, but finding the right lawyer that exhibits all three is tough.
