— Dawn brings a wealth of legal and professional experience to the office. She has over 20 years experience as a legal secretary and paralegal in the field of accident and injury law. She also is experienced in computer networking and information technology, having previously worked for a well regarded local technology firm. Dawn has also been active in the Legal Secretaries of Lake County organization and has served as an officer of the group. Most recently Dawn was given an honorary membership in the Lake County Bar Association (LCBA) for 2018-2019 in recognition of her years of community service. Our clients find that Dawn is always ready to greet them with a smile and help them deal with the personal and financial challenges that develop following an injury incident.
–Jennifer started working in the legal field in May, 2002, in Laurinburg, North Carolina. After working at several law firms in North Carolina and Georgia, she moved to Lake County, Indiana. Before joining our paralegal team Jennifer worked for several years for a respected Hammond, Indiana, law firm.
–Lisa joined our firm in 2013. Prior to joining our staff Lisa worked for 12 years for a well respected Chicago law firm where she concentrated in litigation, as well as real estate and bankruptcy claims. Lisa studied at Milwaukee Area Technical College in 1996-1997, and then worked for a short time in the insurance industry focusing primarily in life insurance claim matters.
–Jen obtained her Associates Degree in paralegal studies in 2004, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After obtaining her degree she worked for several years in Florida for a law firm specializing in elder law. She returned to Indiana in 2009, and worked as a paralegal handling Medicaid claims before joining our firm in 2013.
